Dubai's Cayan Tower reports USD6.8m apartment sale
(MENAFN) Dubai Marina's Cayan Tower recorded the biggest apartment sale in the emirate for the second quarter of the year, hitting USD6.8 million for an apartment that twists 90 degrees from top to bottom, Arabian Business reported.
The apartment spreads over a space of 10,970 square foot. Cayan Group, the developer of Dubai Marina tower, also reported USD6.3 million and USD5.8 million apartment sales in The Address Dubai Mall Hotel and Downtown Dubai respectively.
Other apartments on the top ten list included Le Reve tower in Dubai Marina for USD5 million, Bayside Residence in Dubai Marina for USD4.3 million, Dream Palm Residence on Palm Jumeirah for USD3.7 million.
