Palau's President Receives Credentials of Qatar's Ambassador

(MENAFN- QNA) President of the Republic of Palau Tommy Remengesau has received the credentials of HE Jassim bin Ali Al Obaidly as non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Palau.

HE the Ambassador conveyed greetings of HH the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to President of Palau and his wishes for him of the best of health and happiness and further progress and prosperity to the republic of Palau.

For his part, President Remengesau entrusted HE the Ambassador with his greetings to HH the Emir and his wishes of further progress and development to the people of Qatar.

President Remengesau wished HE the Ambassador success in his new mission and to further strengthening the friendly relations and cooperation existing between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Palau.
