The company specifically endorses its agility ladder which is basic modern equipment for fitness training. Chris Moal hopes to see a positive response from health conscious people and from those who are new to the fitness train.
The agility ladder is simple equipment most commonly seen by boxing athletes and coaches. Trainers use the agility ladder in enhancing a player's footwork with special focus on his balance coordination and strength. It is also important to note that agility is not only important for boxers but is also equally useful for sports such as basketball hockey volleyball or football.
A trainer can use more than one agility ladder in order to create more complicated exercises. It comes with 15 flat plastic rungs and a carrying bag in order to make transporting easier. Since the equipment is made of plastic there is no worry about it getting wet. The agility ladder can also be used outdoors or indoors.
