Jumeirah Messilah Beach HotelSpa opens Olio for a Taste of Italy in Kuwait

With beautiful views overlooking the Arabian Sea and the hotel pools, Olio brings guests 'A Taste of Italy,' offering a trendy and casual dining ambience, ideal for a romantic occasion or family dinner. Headed by Executive Chef Chris Curtis, who has extensive experience from luxury hotels around the world, the restaurant has been created with a genuine Italian feel. Traditional and hearty dishes are offered such as Tortellini all'Astice – stuffed pasta with slipper lobster, shrimps and crabmeat bisque sauce and Pollo alla Cacciatora - Tuscan style chicken with tomato and olives. Diners can also choose from a selection of pizzas cooked in the wood-burning oven and a feast of mouth-watering daily specials. Executive Chef Chris Curtis, originally from Canada, has worked in five-star brands all over the world. From the Hyatt Hotel in Canberra, Australia, the Intercontinental Hotel, Shenzhen, China, the Shangri-La Hotel, Chiang Mai, Thailand, Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel and Mina A'Salam in Dubai, Amanpulo in the Philippines and the Intercontinental in Danang, Vietnam. With an impressive international career, Chef Chris joined Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa in 2012 to share his outstanding experience.
