(MENAFN) Footage revealed four policemen roughing an unstable teenager in Byron Bay,while he shouts out for help,they're set to a public hearing for misconduct probes.
CCTV was shared on A Current Affair showed a naked boy aged 16,as he was put down by policemen,sworn at,and hit by a baton in a northern NSW street.
The national television had also released the video of the violent conflict shortly after the incident,leaving the local community angered and highlighting police cruelty.
However, police declared that the boy was violent then deployed pepper spray,as officers used a Taser when he tried to offend them.
