(MENAFN) UAE's Petrofac was declared to have been awarded with a USD580 million contract with a GCC National Oil Company for a project's engineering, procurement and construction.
The company stated that currently, detailed information on the project will not be disclosed, with extra particulars to be revealed later.
"Petrofac has a very strong record of project execution in the GCC," the company's Group Managing Director, Engineering and Construction E S Sathyanarayanan stated.
The chief continued "this latest contract award further cements our footprint in our core markets, and we look forward to delivering a safe and successful project."
