Saudi Arabia Donates more than SR20 million for Mosques' Restoration, in Tunisia

Tunis, Jumada I 13, 1439, January 30, 2018, SPA -- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has donated as many as SR18,750,000 for restoration of Al-Zaytuna Mosque and SR2,000,000 for maintenance of King Abdulaziz Mosque, in Tunis.
The Saudi Fund for Development and Saudi Embassy, in Tunis, as well as the competent authorities of the Tunisian government will supervise, follow up and implement the two projects.
Saudi Ambassador to Tunisia Mohamed bin Mahmoud Al-Ali said that this donation falls within the framework of close cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Tunisia, in the field of religious affairs and reflects the depth of fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries.
