Audi's 2017 sales surge
(MENAFN) German automaker AUDI AG has declared on Friday hitting a new record high in global sales last year.
According to a statement on Audi's official website, almost 1,878,100 vehicles were delivered, indicating a yearly increase of 0.6%, and marking the global sales growth for the eighth year consecutively.
The company sold 180,250 cars all over the world in December only, up by 16.2% compared to December 2016.
Audi reported: "China posted the highest volume growth of any individual market in the last month of 2017.. Never before had so many Chinese customers taken delivery of an Audi in a single month."
