Bangladesh asks UN for help to solve Rohingya crisis
(MENAFN) Bangladeshi PM is seeking to get help from UN in Rohingya crisis while conditions are worsening for the 400,000 refugees fleeing violence in Myanmar.
Earlier, Sheikh Hasina travelled to New York to call for international pressure on Myanmar's regime to ensure people are able to return to their homes after ceasing what the UN called 'ethnic cleansing'.
However, Myanmar's regime claimed that the rising violence is a response to attacks by Rohingya militants against governmental targets.
