Jordan ready to host next Arab summit instead of Yemen

Amman, Muharram 23, 1438, October 24, 2016, SPA -- Jordan is ready to host the28th session of the Arab League Council at the summit level following the apology of Yemen to host the summit, it was announced here today.
A press release in Amman said Jordan's King Abdullah II has instructed the government to start measures to host the summit.
On the other hand, Nasser Jodah, Jordan's foreign minister, has notified Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abulghait of Jordan's readiness to play host of the meeting.
In a letter to Abulghait, Jodah also said that the date of the coming summit will be coordinated soon.
