Elk Petroleum Ltd (ASX:ELK) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX this morning, pending details of a capital raising program.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Friday 26th August 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
Elk is focused on low risk enhanced oil recovery (EOR) redeveloping proven, convention oil fields.
