Qatar- HH the Emir Ratifies Education MoU with Cyprus
(MENAFN- QNA) HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Tuesday Decree No. 45 of 2014 ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of education between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Cyprus, which was signed in Doha on the 27th of January 2014, and giving it the force of law in line with Article 68 of the Constitution.
The Decree is effective as of the date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
