Dubai to construct USD240b projects


(MENAFN) Meed Projects said that Dubai is planning to invest USD240 billion in ten mega projects in the coming six to sixteen years, according to Khaleej Times. Meraas Holdings' Jumeirah Gardens project, the biggest in terms of value, is estimated at USD89.5 billion and is expected to be completed in 2021, followed by Dubai Holding's Dubai Land development, valued at USD61 billion with a completion date set in 2020. The ongoing Dubai World Central development, worth USD16.7 billion, is scheduled to be completed in 2030, followed by Limitless' Downtown Jebel Ali project, estimated at USD14.6 billion set for completion in 2020.
