Spain's Accionapicked to design National Museum of Oman


(MENAFN) The Omani government has selected Spain's Acciona Producciones y Dise"o to design the National Museum of Oman, Arabian Business reported. The company announced that the contract for the design was around USD25 million. The firm said that the museum will be the first in the Middle East to be able to serve the blind. The National Museum of Oman is expected to launch in the fourth quarter of this year and is to spread over a 4,000 square meter of space and display its permanent collection in 12 halls.
