UAE- Falconcity of Wonders offers investment options


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Falconcity of Wonders (FCW), a multipurpose mega project being developed within Dubailand, is offering new investment opprtunities at Dubai International Property Show, which opened Tuesday on the sidelines of Annual Investment Meeting. The mega project, being developed across Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, is presenting high-quality villas to investors during the three-day event. The project is spread over an area more than 3.8 million square meters and will combine various commercial, residential, educational and leisure amenities with entertainment facilities. Falconcity of Wonders has completed the western residence south that currently caters to 308 families and has recently broke ground for the project's community centre, which will comprise of a hypermarket, a medical centre, a nursery, a mosque and a ground floor car parking lot. Currently, 202 new villas are under construction on phase II of the mega-project, with 366 completed villas on Phase I. The residential villas of the Falconcity of Wonders are situated in the falcon wings. "We are pleased to offer future home-owners well-finished villas in the heart of our mega project. They will be 'living the dream' in a unique project set to become an ambitious destination and a key landmark in Dubai and the region," Salem Al Moosa, chairman and chief executive of Falconcity, said. The project offers a variety of options include two to four-bedroom townhouses, three to five-bedroom semi-detached villas, four to five-bedroom detached villas. For high-end investors with bigger budgets, there are different project development opportunities currently being offered. Falconcity of Wonders on Wednesday appoint Eng. Adnan Saffarini Office (EAS), one of the most prominent consultants in the Middle East, to design and supervise the Medium Pyramid, one of the main attractions in the mega development. The Medium Pyramid will be one of three pyramids, which will be built at the project. It will be located between the Grand Pyramid and Small Pyramid within the Pyramid Park area. Occupying a plot of 62,212 square metres (670,000 square feet), it will be part of a multi-functional complex which will feature luxury apartments, a large hotel, office space and residential luxury units as well as attractions which will be unveiled soon.
