Ukraine Confirms Strike On Lukoil Oil Refinery In Russia's Kstovo
"On May 19 and overnight on May 20, 2026, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of important Russian military targets," the statement said.
Among the targets hit was the AVT-6 primary oil refining unit at the Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez refinery near the town of Kstovo in Russia's Nizhny Novgorod region, triggering a fire at the facility.
Following the strike on the Yaroslavl-3 oil pumping station in Semibratovo, Yaroslavl region, preliminary reports indicate damage to four oil storage tanks with a total capacity of 140,000 cubic meters.
"The station is an important component of the Russian Federation's oil transportation system and plays a role in supporting the aggressor state's military and industrial infrastructure," the General Staff said.

In addition, Ukrainian forces targeted Russian drone control centers near Piddubne and Perebudova in the Donetsk region, Huliaipole in the Zaporizhzhia region, and Yelizavetovka in Russia's Kursk region.
Other strikes hit concentrations of Russian personnel near Novoukrainka in the Zaporizhzhia region and in Myrne, Snizhne, and Donetsk in the Donetsk region.
Ukrainian forces also struck an ammunition depot near Marynivka in the Zaporizhzhia region and a Russian repair unit in Siverskodonetsk, Luhansk region.
