Aman Center Launches Campaign To Protect Children From Violence And Bullying
Doha, Qatar: A social protection center in Doha has launched a community awareness campaign aimed at protecting children from violence, in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
The Protection and Social Rehabilitation Center (Aman), part of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work, said the initiative targets parents and staff in public and private schools and kindergartens.
Speaking about the initiative, Aman's Acting Executive Director Fadl Al Kaabi said the campaign reflects the Centre's commitment to strengthening the child protection system by empowering both families and schools. He stressed that“investing in awareness is the cornerstone of prevention,” adding that the center works to expand partnerships with educational institutions to ensure a sustainable positive impact on society.
Bakhita Al Ghayathin, the center's director of the community awareness department, said the campaign delivers practical and interactive workshops tailored to the needs of parents and school staff.
