I am a lecturer in Measurement and Evaluation at the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana, with expertise in educational assessment, psychometrics, and large-scale testing. My research focuses on the design, validation, and alignment of assessment systems with competency-based curricula. I have worked as a consultant and psychometrician on national and international assessment projects, including Ghana's National Standardised Test and the Ghana Living Standards Survey (GLSS8), and have supported assessment development and training with institutions such as the Ministry of Education and the West African Examinations Council (WAEC). I am also involved in international assessment work with organisations such as UNESCO and ACER.
