Dr. Denboy Kudejira is an anthropologist and international development practitioner with expertise in policy analysis, program evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. Denboy is the current Postdoctoral Research Fellow for the BAOBAB synthesis team, Unpacking Non-economic Loss and Damage in Africa (UNELD-Africa).

With a background in international development, Denboy has worked across academia, NGOs, and intergovernmental organizations in Africa and internationally, contributing to community-based recovery programs, humanitarian coordination, and the development of inclusive policies. Their work focuses on climate justice, equitable disaster recovery, and resource governance, and is grounded in participatory research methodologies and critical social science approaches.
