Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. Leases Remaining 54,000 Square Feet At Former Tervis Headquarters

(MENAFN- Market Press Release) April 14, 2026 3:10 pm - Space will serve as Goodwill's newest Sustainability & Logistics Center

Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. has signed a lease for a 54,189-square-foot flex space at the former Tervis headquarters in Venice to serve as the nonprofit's newest Sustainability & Logistics Center. The transaction marks a significant milestone for the property – located at 201 Triple Diamond Blvd. – which has reached full occupancy.

Michelle Senner, SIOR, and Lori Hellstrom of Colliers represented the landlord, Buligo Capital, in the transaction. The tenant, Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. was represented by Jack Siragusa and Sara Williams of CBRE in West Palm Beach.

Buligo Capital purchased the 120,000-square-foot campus in 2023. The 54,189-square-foot space includes a 16,000-square-foot office space, with the remaining space for industrial and warehouse use.

“Given the building's significance as the former Tervis headquarters, it was essential that the tenant align with the strategic vision for the park and the surrounding area,” said Senner, broker of industrial services at Colliers.“Goodwill meets this standard and will also serve as a positive addition to the City of Venice's economic development initiatives.”

Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. is a leading 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving 11 counties on the east and west coasts for Florida. The mission-integrated social enterprise transforms community donations into opportunities - providing resources, training and support through strong collaboration with local partners to help individuals obtain employment and build skills.

The site will include a Goodwill Bargain Barn, where items that are not sold in retail stores are given a second life by being sold by the pound. This model helps keep usable goods in circulation while making affordable materials available to the community.

“At Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc., our mission is clear-Changing Lives Through the Power of Work,” said Donn Githens, president and CEO.“This Sustainability & Logistics Center strengthens the foundation of our mission-integrated social enterprise, ensuring that donated goods continue to fuel employment, skill-building, and opportunities for individuals and their families across the communities we serve.”

Last year, Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. recycled and repurposed more than 100 million pounds of goods, marking a major milestone in its sustainability efforts.

To accommodate large-scale equipment like balers essential for responsible recycling operations, Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. required a substantial industrial footprint in its new facility. The organization's Bargain Barn model-where new items are rotated onto the sales floor every 30 minutes-also demanded ample space to function efficiently.

Additionally, the ability to include office space on site was important to support logistics, operations and support services. In addition to supporting sustainability efforts, The Triple Diamond Sustainability & Logistics Center is expected to create more than 40 new jobs.

“Buligo Capital is proud to welcome Goodwill to 201 Triple Diamond Blvd. with a long-term commitment that brings the facility to full occupancy,” said Ryan Klancic, associate vice president of acquisitions for Buligo Capital.“It was a pleasure working with an institutional local staple like Goodwill – an organization that consistently reinvests in the community it serves. It's especially rewarding to see the former headquarters of Tervis thoughtfully repurposed for Goodwill, another major organization with deep roots in the region.”

Buligo Capital is a publicly traded real estate investment firm with a portfolio of 156 properties totaling 6.8 million square feet, primarily across multifamily, retail and industrial assets.
