The festival is organised by the QOSM, in collaboration with the Ministry of Sports and Youth, Aspire Academy, Qatar Olympic Committee, sports clubs and federations, Unesco, WISH, the Ministry of Public Health, Qatar Foundation, and Qatar Rail.

Throughout the week, the public will have the opportunity to try a wide range of sports, meet athletes and sporting heroes, and participate in the 'Let's Move' obstacle challenges. In addition to fitness sessions led by sports federations, the programme features workshops, skills-based challenges, and a dedicated traditional games station highlighting the diversity of global sporting cultures.

From live performances to interactive workshops, the festival offers a rich programme that celebrates sport, healthy living, and quality time with family and friends. Visitors can also explore outdoor fitness activities such as the Diabetes Walk, obstacle courses, and activations across themed zones including the Federation Sports Zone, Qatar Clubs Zone, Traditional Games Arena, Partners Zone, and Health and Nutrition Clinics.
