Overnight Russian Attack: 15 Infrastructure Facilities Damaged In Kyiv Region, 86,000 Consumers Without Power
Damage was recorded in the Bucha and Brovary districts.
In the Bucha district, a 50-year-old man was killed. Three petrol stations and four vehicles were damaged.
In the Brovary district, three private houses, an enterprise, and outbuildings were damaged. No fatalities or injuries were reported there.
Due to the consequences of the strike, emergency power outages have been implemented in the region. All services are working on site, and response efforts and damage assessments are ongoing, Kalashnyk said.

"Kyiv region: 86,000 families remain without power after the overnight strike. We are working continuously, despite the frost, to restore electricity to homes as quickly as possible," the statement said.
Power engineers reminded residents that emergency outages are in effect in the region, during which scheduled blackout timetables do not apply.
On January 20, Ukrainian air defenses intercepted 342 Russian targets, including 14 Iskander-M/S-300 ballistic missiles, 13 Kh-101 cruise missiles, and 315 UAVs.
