Chief Of Judicial Council, Head Of Fatwa, Legislation Discusses Litigation Cooperation

KUWAIT, Jan 7 (KUNA) -- The President of the Supreme Judicial Council and President of the Court of Cassation, Counselor Dr. Adel Boursli, and members of the Council discussed on Wednesday with the Head of the Fatwa and Legislation Department, Counselor Salah Al-Majed, aspects of cooperation in facilitating litigation procedures and achieving prompt justice.
In a press release, the Supreme Judicial Council stated that during the meeting held at the new Palace of Justice building, discussions took place regarding matters of mutual interest and legislative updates.
The meeting was attended by the Vice President of the Court of Cassation, Counselor Saleh Al-Raqdan, the President of the Court of Appeal, Counselor Mohammad Al-Refaie, the Vice President of the Court of Appeal, Counselor Younis Al-Yasin, and the Vice President of the Court of First Instance, Counselor Khaled Al-Othman.
