The UAE Pavilion Continues To Showcase Prominent Defence Industries And Welcomes Senior Military Leaders.


(MENAFN- Mid-East Info) Cairo December 2025: Day three of the Egypt Defence Expo (EDEX) concluded with the UAE Pavilion drawing significant attention from senior officials, defence ministers, international delegations, and industry visitors. The Pavilion generated strong interest in the UAE's defence companies and events, highlighting the nation's growing presence and influence within the global defence industry.



Organised by ADNEC Group with the support of the UAE Ministry of Defence and the Tawazun Council, the pavilion brings together Tawazun, EDGE Group, Calidus, GAL, AMMROC, Al Jundi magazine, and the organisers of IDEX and NAVDEX 2027.

The UAE pavilion has witnessed prominent visits from official delegations and distinguished guests from India, Qatar, Bosnia, Tanzania and Egypt, showcasing the growing international interest in Emirati defence capabilities and the pavilion's role as a focal point for strategic dialogue and collaboration within the global defence industry.

The participation of Emirati national companies presented an opportunity to showcase the latest advancements in Emirati defence industries, including cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions. The companies exhibited advanced defence systems comprising unmanned systems, artificial intelligence solutions, cybersecurity platforms, command and control systems, advanced logistics solutions, as well as armoured vehicles and both aerial and maritime technologies. EDGE Group is displaying a comprehensive range of advanced technologies across five sectors, while Calidus is highlighting its leading defence products and technologies.

ADNEC Group is also participating in the Pavilion, showcasing the latest developments and plans for its upcoming defence events including IDEX and NAVDEX taking place in 2027. Defence leaders from around the world held exclusive meetings with ADNEC Group's defence event advisors to learn about preparations for the upcoming editions and the many benefits of participating. Building on the success of the 2025 edition, IDEX and NAVDEX 2027 are set to be the largest in the event's history, bringing together global defence leaders and military delegations.

Many of the official delegations that visited the UAE pavilion over the past three days expressed their great admiration for the quality of Emirati defence industries, praising their global competitiveness, which has been achieved thanks to the country's investments in advanced technology, research and development programmes, and specialised national talent. The delegations also commended the level of innovation, precision, and the technologies employed, which represent a significant addition to modern defence systems.

The third day of the UAE Pavilion's participation at the EDEX concluded with widespread affirmations of the importance of the UAE's presence at this global event, and the added value it brings in supporting international cooperation and the development of defence industries. The fourth day is expected to witness further meetings and bilateral discussions, alongside continued strong interest in the UAE Pavilion, which has become a key destination for official delegations and companies seeking to establish high-quality partnerships with the United Arab Emirates.
