US President Donald Trump confirmed on Friday that his administration has set next Thursday as the deadline for Ukraine to agree to the White House's plan to end the Russian war.
President Volodymyr Zelensky officially received from the American side a draft plan, which, according to the American side, could revitalize diplomacy.
Earlier, American media reported that the Trump administration had held secret consultations with the Russians to develop a new plan to end the war in Ukraine. According to Axios, the plan consists of 28 points and is divided into four general categorie: peace in Ukraine, security guarantees, security in Europe, and future US relations with Russia and Ukraine.

The plan provides for the transfer of the remaining Donbas territories in exchange for security guarantees from the US for Kyiv and Europe in the event of future Russian aggression.
Ukraine is also required to enshrine in its Constitution a provision that it will never join NATO, and the Alliance must include in its charter a clause on the impossibility of Ukraine's future membership.
