Tammy A. Zuknick Joins The Community Association Institute (CAI) West Florida Chapter Board
SARASOTA, Fla. (Nov. 12, 2025) - Tammy A. Zuknick, vice president of association banking for American Momentum Bank, was elected to the Community Association Institute (CAI) West Florida Chapter board of directors. Zuknick has been a member of the chapter for nearly 20 years and has served on several chapter committees during that time. Her position begins in January, and she will serve a term of three years.
“Tammy has been an integral part of the CAI chapter for decades,” said Heather J. CAI is a national organization that provides education, tools and resources to condominium, cooperative and homeowners associations professionals. The organization has more than 40,000 members and 60-plus chapters across the United States. The West Florida Chapter, based in Sarasota, is one of the largest chapters, with more than 1,000 members.
The West Florida Chapter of CAI is committed to promoting the highest standards among managers, business partners, homeowners and board members for the benefit of all community associations in Sarasota, Manatee and DeSoto counties.

Zuknick joined the CAI West Florida Chapter in 2006 and is an active member of the chapter. She has 42 years of experience in commercial banking and has dedicated the last 18 years to the specialized banking needs of property management companies, condominiums and community associations.
