Gulliver Closure: Former Owners Reject Oschadbank's Allegations
According to LLC Tri O, at 09:00 today, Oschadbank representatives blocked access to the premises for staff and tenants, citing alleged malfunctions in engineering systems and safety concerns. However, the company firmly denies the existence of any technical issues.
The company emphasized that all structural elements, engineering systems, equipment, and mechanisms at the Gulliver complex are in working order and capable of operating normally. According to the company, there are no technical reasons for the closure, nor any danger to tenants or visitors.

Meanwhile, representatives of Oschadbank are instructing their contractors to shut down high-risk equipment, thereby creating the risk of accidents themselves. They are also attempting to block access to critical specialists-who are not affiliated with Oschadbank-responsible for maintaining the engineering systems,” the company said.
The company also reported that tenants have begun removing goods and equipment and relocating projects to other sites. The company noted a rise in vacancies across retail and office spaces, which could negatively impact the asset's market value.
Responding to Oschadbank's accusation of deliberate overloading of the power system, LLC Tri O rejected the claim.
“There was no system overload, and we did not restrict bank representatives' access to technical facilities. The recent power outages at the Gulliver complex were caused by a miscalculation by the banks regarding the consumption limits of imported electricity,” the company stated.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Oschadbank announced the temporary suspension of operations at the Gulliver Shopping and Office Center starting at 22:00 on October 30, citing obstruction by the former owner, LLC Tri O, in transferring management and infrastructure, as well as actions that pose risks to the safe functioning of the facility.
