(MENAFN- GlobeNewsWire - Nasdaq) CALGARY, Alberta, Oct. 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Helium Evolution Incorporated (TSXV:HEVI) (" HEVI " or the " Company "), announces that it has granted stock options (the " Options ") under the Company's stock option plan (the " Option Plan ") to certain directors, officers and consultants (the " Option Recipients ").

In aggregate, 2,520,000 Options have been granted, with 2,000,000 Options being granted to directors and officers, 320,000 Options being granted to consultants and 200,000 Options being granted to investor relations service providers. Each Option represents the right to receive one common share of the Company upon vesting, exercisable at a price of $0.20. The Options will vest between the 2^nd and 30^th month anniversaries of the date of grant and expire between October 29, 2026 and October 29, 2030.

These grants represent compensation to the Option Recipients for their respective service to the Company as directors and officers of the Company and as an incentive mechanism to foster the interest of such persons in the success of the Company.
