Chelsea is a physiotherapist with over 17 years' experience working with infants and children with movement difficulties. Chelsea works from a family-centered perspective, and believes each child and family has their own story and strengths She has extensive experience in providing goal-directed physiotherapy supports for children with Cerebral Palsy, Downs Syndrome, Developmental Delay and other neuro-developmental conditions. With a special interest in infants and early childhood development, Chelsea has completed post graduate training in Neurodevelopmental Therapy (NDT) and evidence-based assessments for early diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy such as the General Movements Assessment (Basic and Advanced certified).

Chelsea is AHPRA registered. Her PhD titled "Preterm infants and participation: insights into conceptualisation, assessment and intervention" was awarded through the University of Queensland in 2023. Chelsea has presented her research and clinical expertise at over 20 state, national and international conferences.
