IDF murders Palestinian individual, bombs house in West Bank

(MENAFN) One Palestinian was killed and two others were injured on Sunday as Israeli forces carried out multiple military operations in the occupied West Bank, according to local reports. The raids included the demolition of a home and the detention of 10 Palestinians.

Officials reported that a 42-year-old man succumbed to injuries sustained from Israeli fire in the Al-Ain refugee camp in western Nablus. Two additional residents of the camp were also injured during the military operations.

During the raids, Israeli forces reportedly besieged a home amid gunfire and conducted searches across dozens of residences. In Tubas, authorities said a residential building was demolished before troops withdrew. A similar operation took place in the city on Saturday, during which the army blocked the southern entrance and carried out bulldozing in the city center.

According to local reports, several residents were held for field interrogations in Tubas. In Nablus, six Palestinians were taken into custody during home raids, while four others—including a parliamentarian and academic—were detained in the northern city of Salfit.

Meanwhile, witnesses reported that illegal Israeli settlers, under army protection, assaulted Palestinian farmers harvesting olives in Ramallah and Nablus and set fire to two vehicles.
