Zelensky Orders Military To Respond To Hungary's Use Of Reconnaissance Drones
"There was also a report from our military on, frankly, very unusual events along the Ukraine-Hungary border. Our forces spotted drones, and those were reconnaissance drones. I instructed the military to conduct a full check, and if such drones appear again, to respond appropriately for the defense of our state," Zelensky said.
He stressed that Ukrainians are currently the best in Europe at countering drones and are ready to share their expertise with other partners who need reliable protection from drone threats.
"Negotiations are underway with dozens of countries in Europe and the Middle East, and we have proposed a strong deal to the United States – one of the most promising," Zelensky said.

"According to intelligence, Russia may be using tankers to launch these and similar drones – as platforms for launch and control of drones. And it is not easy to prevent, but it is possible. And this must be learned, it must be built into the relevant capacity," Zelensky said.
He added that earlier today, during a conversation with the Prime Minister of Denmark, he discussed the details regarding drones spotted near Copenhagen Airport.
Zelensky also stressed the need for joint defense efforts to counter Russian drone attacks.
As reported, Copenhagen International Airport temporarily halted arrivals and departures on the night of September 22-23 after two to three large drones were spotted nearby.
Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen described the incident as "a serious attack on critical infrastructure," saying that investigators are not ruling out any version of who may be behind it.
According to Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet, a ship of Russia's Baltic Fleet, the Alexander Shabalin, was present in the country's territorial waters during the incidents with unidentified drones that disrupted airport operations in several Danish cities this week.
