UN Security Council To Hold Emergency Meeting Over Russian Drones In Poland
“We are drawing the world's attention to this unprecedented Russian drone attack on a member of the UN, EU, and NATO. I have appeared before the UN (Security) Council in the past, and it seems to me that our arguments have been convincing,” Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski said on local radio.
According to the Polish MFA, the UN Security Council will hold an emergency meeting on Thursday, September 11, to discuss this week's violation of Polish airspace.

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated that NATO allies are facing a“large-scale provocation” from Moscow. According to him, a total of 19 drones entered Polish airspace.
Foreign Minister Sikorski also emphasized that the intrusion of Russian drones into Poland's airspace“was not an accidental event.”
