Taaleem Announces Opening of DBS Mira With Over 700 Students Amid Strong Demand for Premium British Education in the UAE

Located ’n Emaar’s family-friendly Mira Oasis 2, the school has opened at its full first-year capacity with 708 students and joi’s Taaleem’s growing network of high-quality British curriculum schools in the region.
Initially welcoming students aged between 3 and 11 in Early Years Foundation Stage 1 to Year 6, DBS Mira is expected to serve more than 1,800 students once the campus is fully utilised. Existing DBS schools in Jumeira, Emirates Hills and Jumeirah Park already cater to over 4,000 students with DBS Jumeira having seen extremely strong demand since its launch in August 2024, with student numbers increasing from 550 at launch to 830 for the upcoming academic year.
The purpose-built DBS Mira campus will provide students with a dynamic and inspiring learning environment. The campus features state-of-the-art facilities, including indoor and outdoor sports areas, libraries, innovative learning hubs, and a well-equipped auditorium – all of which are designed to support studen’s’ academic, creative and personal development.
