Houses, Kindergarten And Dozens Of Cars Damaged In Lviv Attack

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) The head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, wrote about the consequences of the attack on Lviv in Telegram , Ukrinform reports.

“As a result of the enemy attack on Mytropolyta Andriia Street in Lviv, a two-story residential building was damaged. The entrance hall was partially destroyed. There was a gas and water leak,” the message says.

According to the Regional Military Administration, there are no preliminary reports of casualties or injuries.

In turn, the mayor of the city, Andrii Sadovyi, later supplemented the information about the consequences of the night attack on Lviv.

“Explosions were heard in several areas of the city. Hits were recorded, in particular on Mytropolyta Andriia Street and Olena Stepanivna Street. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties. Residents were in shelters,” he wrote in a post on Telegram .

Several people were given first aid on the spot.

In addition, the mayor writes, the roof of a non-residential building burned in the Zaliznychny district. The area of the fire was about 200 m2. Several buildings were damaged, including residential buildings and a kindergarten, many windows were broken, and dozens of cars were damaged.

The contact network has also been cut off. Because of this, trolleybuses No. 22, 30, and 32 will not run in the morning. All necessary services are working on site, Andrii Sadovyi notes.

As reported by Ukrinform, at night the enemy carried out a combined strike with drones and missiles, with the drones reaching the western regions.
