Abu Dhabi-based Agthia Group has approved the acquisition of a 100% stake in Riviere Mineral Water Desalination & Filling Factory, including its branches and subsidiaries, through its subsidiary Al Ain Food & Beverages. This strategic move is set to expand Agthia's footprint in the UAE's water and food sector, aiming for a revenue increase of approximately 6.5%.
