Japan plans to give Gazans medical assistance

(MENAFN) Shigeru Ishiba, the Japanese Prime Minster, declared that his government is taking into account providing healthcare assistance to Palestinians from Gaza according to the reports of domestic media.

"We're making efforts to find ways to accept people in Japan who have fallen ill or been injured in Gaza," Ishiba stated during a parliamentary session as per Kyodo News Agency.
He mentioned that Japan will put efforts to establish a unique program for Palestinian learners to learn at universities of Japan.

Through a visit to Malaysia happened the month before, Ishiba announced that his nation would ease the growth of Palestine.

After that, Anwar Ibrahim, the Malaysian Prime Minster announced that his government will allocate a finance support together with Japan to have hospitals, schools and mosques built again in Gaza which have been wiped out by Israel’s genocidal conflict since the 7th of October 2023.

A bilateral ceasefire deal between the Palestinian group Hamas and Israel came into force on Gaza on the 19th of January, interrupting the conflict which resulted in an extensive devastations and left the enclave completely shattered.
