Western Azerbaijan Community Condemns Armenian Diaspora And Its Mercenary Luis Ocampo's Actions

BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 26. The Western
Azerbaijani community condemns the actions of the Armenian Diaspora
and its mercenary Luis Ocampo and urges the international community
to struggle against such nefarious elements, Trend
reports.
The Armenian Diaspora, using its mercenary Ocampo as a shield,
has unleashed another slander campaign against Azerbaijan. The
target of the campaign is Azerbaijan's hosting of the upcoming 29th
session of the conference of the Parties to the UN Framework
Convention on Climate Change (COP29).
The statement also notes that in the interview Luis Ocampo gave
as the author of the mentioned campaign, he labeled himself a
climate activist, slandered Azerbaijan, and demanded the release of
separatists accused of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against
humanity.
“The fact that Luis Ocampo, on the one hand, uses slander
against Azerbaijan regarding the genocide and, on the other hand,
demands the freeing of the perpetrators of the genocide,
demonstrates the ridiculousness of the situation in which he finds
himself. Instead of demanding the freeing of these criminals,
Ocampo should make efforts to find out the destiny of 4,000
Azerbaijanis missing as a result of Armenia's military aggression.
It should be recalled that there is irrefutable public evidence
that Azerbaijani hostages were used as slaves in the homes of
high-ranking officers of Armenia's top military leadership at the
time and that captured Azerbaijanis were executed in the occupied
territories of Azerbaijan and camps in Armenia.
Ocampo, who attempts to present himself as a climate activist,
should address issues such as the irreparable environmental damage
caused by Armenia's occupation of Azerbaijani territories and the
laying of millions of landmines, the destruction of territories in
Armenia formerly inhabited by Azerbaijanis, and the damage to air
and water bodies caused by that country's mining industry.
