Adolph Spiro joins Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha from Fairmont Hotel in Doha, where he managed the property and played a pivotal role in overseeing the operations for the accommodation services during the World Cup 2022.

His journey at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha started as a hotel manager where he excelled in overseeing operations and enhancing guest satisfaction.

His career spans prestigious roles including General Manager for ACCOR Group in Oran, overseeing the successful pre-opening phase of Pullman Algeria.

Adolph Spiro's journey in hospitality management began at Marriott International, where he quickly advanced from Director of Finance to General Manager across locations in Lebanon and Algeria.

His educational background includes a degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University and an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism from EIU, Paris.
