Azerbaijan Expanding Tourist Investment Incentives

(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 23. The Azerbaijanitourist industry is currently undergoing the development of newprocedures to attract investment, the State Tourism Agency's DeputyChairperson Azada Huseynova said, Trend reports.

She made the remark during today's press conference on theaccommodation of foreign guests and the presentation of tourismopportunities during COP29 in Baku.

“Actually, existing laws already provide for the promotion ofinvestment in the tourist industry, and the State Tourism Agency iscurrently taking steps in that direction. Various incentive systemsare in place in this domain at the moment. We are also working onenhancements to these systems,” the official pointed out.
