Juventus posts goodbye letter to former legend, Vice leader Pavel Nedved

(MENAFN) After his letter of resignation in November, Juventus on Tuesday showed their goodbye to Pavel Nedved, who is a previous legend and then the Italian club's vice-leader.

"Pavel Nedved and Maurizio Arrivabene, from tomorrow, Wednesday, 18 January 2023, will no longer be members of the Juventus Board of Directors. Their farewell, after their resignations on November 28, 2022, takes effect with the appointment of the new Board," Juventus stated in an announcement and showed gratitude on the two Nedved and Arrivabene for their works as the Turin club's tops.

The whole board of Juventus, counting in Nedved and previous-chair Andrea Agnelli, earlier resigned in November due to accusations of false accounting.

The verdict came after a special gathering following hearing from independent accounting specialists, the club mentioned in an announcement.

Following a mass exodus of the Italian football club's executives under a cloud, Gianluca Ferrero, an Italian entrepreneur, was hired as the new head of Juventus, it stated.
