(MENAFN- UkrinForm) The head of the National Police of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko, has met with the commanders of special police units in Bakhmut to discuss the situation in the areas of active hostilities.

Klymenko said this on his facebook page, Ukrinform reports.



'In Bakhmut, we met with the commanders of special police formations. We discussed the situation in the areas of active hostilities, involvement in the performance of special tasks, and the implementation of one idea. I will talk about it a little later. The motivation and courage of the police officers who are on duty in hot spots of the country is energizing. We have people to be proud of,' he said.



The situation in Bakhmut and Soledar is currently difficult, and the hostilities continue.
