His Highness the Amir's Representative was seen off at the airport by Algerian Minister of Knowledge Economy and Start-ups and Micro-Enterprises Yacine Al-Mahdi Walid, Kuwaiti Ambassador to Algeria Mohammad Marzouq Al-Shabu and Head of the Accompanying Mission of Honor, Algerian Ambassador to Kuwait Abdulmalek Buhdo.
