'The occupiers want to 'buy' the votes of Kherson region residents before holding a fake referendum,' the Kherson Regional Military Administration posted on Facebook .

It is noted that more and more institutions open in the territory of the region, promising 'assistance' in the amount of RUB 10,000 (about $165). Russian invaders also look for the premises to hold a pseudo-referendum and form propaganda media.

As reported, Russian troops intensify terror and filtration procedures in Kherson region in preparations for a pseudo-referendum.

Russian political technologists arrived in Kherson, while the population of the region does not support the idea of a 'referendum'.
