Defence Minister Attends EFES 2022 Final In Turkey

HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah witnessed the conclusion of EFES 2022 exercise hosted by the Turkish armed forces at Izmir in the west of Turkey. He witnessed the activities of the final distinguished observer day, which included a number of exercises, including air attack operations, amphibious operations, special forces operations, air supply support, military search and rescue operations, and medical evacuations. The EFES 2022 exercise is one of the largest exercises of the Turkish Armed Forces, with 37 countries from around the world participating in the exercise. A number senior officers in the Qatari Armed Forces accompanied the minister to the conclusion of the exercise.
