Ibrahim Hakki Tor, a faculty member at Erzurum City Hospital informed Anadolu Agency that almost 95 percent of patients in severe care did not receive the inoculation.

He also marked that in the first levels of the pandemic, the volume of the old inhabitants was soaring in severe care units.
