UAE- 9th FAHR International Conference begins tomorrow

DUBAI, 16th April, 2019 (WAM) -- Over 600 professionals and executives from across 25 countries across the globe will take part in the 9th edition of FAHR International Conference, kicking-off tomorrow in Dubai.

Themed ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution Human Capital Challenges', the conference is a unique annual gathering, bringing together leading HR experts from the public and private sector as well as, regional and international speakers. The conference agenda will see discussions on the most pressing issues and feature specialised talks with top-level experts highlighting solutions and strategies on the future of jobs, the HR industry's digital transformation and its impact on people, work and organisations.

A pre-conference workshop was held on Tuesday by Stewart McNair, Senior Trainer, Society for Human Resource Management, SHRM, under the title ‘Change Management: Leading Successful Transformations'. The workshop focused on how managing change is becoming a major focal point for HR professionals, as organisations continue to adapt to an ever-changing workplace.

An exhibition will run parallel to the conference, bringing together 11 HR solutions providers, academic institutions and business establishments, who will showcase their latest technologies, solutions and services related to the human resources sector.

Held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, the conference is organised by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, FAHR, in cooperation with INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions a member of INDEX Holding.
