Egyptian Pres. Abu Dhabi CP meet on bilateral issues


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) CAIRO, March 27 (KUNA) -- Egyptian President Abdulfatah Al-Sisi and Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, discussed on Wednesday a number of regional and international issues of common interest.
During their meeting in Alexandria, both sides reviewed the robust, brotherly and longstanding relations between the two countries.
They reaffirmed commitment to cooperation in the face of the challenges facing the Arab nation and foreign interferences in the domestic affairs of the Arab countries, Egyptian Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radhi said in a press release.
President Al-Sisi praised as exemplary the relations with sisterly UAE and the growing role of the UAE in regional stability He expressed desire to further enhance this relationship, the spokesman said.
Following the talks, President Al-Sisi and Sheikh Mohammad patronized the signing of a number of agreements on cooperation in the areas of housing, water, trade and industry. (end) asm.amm.gb
