Emirates to sponsor Spain's Royal Club: Newspaper

(MENAFN) Spanish sports newspaper, Marca, is spreading the word that Dubai's flag carrier, Emirates Airline, is planning a sponsorship for the Spanish Royal club, Real Madrid, with a value of USD34 million, reported Arabian Business.
If this information proves to be true, it would mean that the carrier would become the first sponsor of the royal club, while the current one, Bwin, would take the back seat.
Once approved, this sponsorship would be one of the most expensive sponsorship packages in football history.
It is worth mentioning that Marca did not state the source of this information.
