Philippine storm fatalities reach 13
(MENAFN) Philippines Tropical Storm was confirmed by authorities to have collected 13 victim amid its landslides and floods.
Deaths were mostly informed about in the southern districts which were the main force of heavy rain and strong wind in Surigao del Sur and Surigao del Norte.
Officials of emergency rescue confirmed the death of five people, with a mother and her two kids among them, caused by landslides and floods in Carrasal, Surigao del Sur.
Meanwhile, floods have caused the death of three people as they drowned in nearby Eastern Samar district.
