Kuwait- Two Ethiopians in prostitution 3 Indians arrested trading with liquor


(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Dec 14: Officers from the Criminal Investigation Department arrested two Ethiopian women for engaging in prostitution in exchange for KD50. Acting on a tip-off, the officers verified the information and arrested the suspects in an entrapment. During interrogation, the two Ethiopian women admitted to practicing prostitution saying their charge is KD50. They were referred to the concerned security unit for legal action.

Local liquor seized Policemen from Farwaniya Security Command arrested three Indian men for trading in alcohol with 60 bottles of local alcoholic drinks in their possession. While patrolling around the governorate, the officers noticed the vehicle transporting the suspects so they stopped it and demanded for the identification documents of the driver and his two companions — all Indians — who appeared tensed. This prompted the officers to conduct a thorough search, resulting in the discovery of the contraband. During investigation, the trio admitted they were on their way to deliver the alcoholic drinks to their clients. They were then referred to the relevant security department for legal measures.
